The condo was perfect. 102B was just right for our family, easy access to the beach, pool, clubhouse and even parking lot. The condo was clean, master sheets a little thin and itchy, but it was great. We will absolutely stay here again.

The perfect location! Steps to the beach and you can sit outside on the patio and watch the waves. Outlet malls are right across the street and plenty of restaurants to eat at. Check in and check out was smooth. Would highly recommend!

The condo was perfectly located. The walk-out patio and location to the beach and pool cannot be beat! The home was clean and had everything we needed. The beach chairs were an added bonus so you don’t have to take much with you to the beach! The beach was never very crowded. Perfect beach stay!

We take our family to the beach every summer. This was our first time in Miramar, and I have to say it is by far our favorite beach! The Beach House is amazing! This room has the perfect view and such easy access to getting on and off the beach! All of the rooms get complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella! That made our trips down with three kids each day much easier!!! We can’t wait to come back here next year!!

The condo was just a little outdated. Seemed to be clean and everything worked but it was dated. The beds were so uncomfortable that we took turns sleeping on the couch. The dryer might have had something wrong with also because we had to dry things 2 times to get them dry. It was a stacked washer and dryer so it may be just the way they work. If so not that big a deal. Unit just needs to be brought up to date with things.

The condo could use some updating and a good deep cleaning, but overall we had a wonderful experience! You can't beat the location of the complex and the unit itself, which is on the 1st floor and right next to the beach access and pool. We loved being able to walk out the patio door and be just steps from the beach and pool. The beach was busy but not near as bad as some of the high rise condos down the street. It was nice having the beach chairs and umbrella set up and ready for us everyday! Also, the complex is in a great location for shopping and restaurants.

Unit is literally RIGHT ON the beach. The ocean views are completely unobstructed. I would vacation here time and time again just for the location. For the unit itself, the accommodations are in need of some upgrades or attention, but I guess you could argue the rental price reflects the condition of the unit since it's quite a bit cheaper than other area rentals. Rental company management did help resolve some of our issues on the first day by delivering blankets for the beds (for some reason there were sheets only), so kudos for that.

This unit has a mold and moisture issue. I noticed the smell of it when I walked in the room. There are mold stains above the duct work in the living room. There is mold in a lot of the grout in the master bath. The towel rack was also hanging by a thread in the master bath so there was no using that. It took two days for a local Vacasa Rep to even call me back. Not the best trip unfortunately.

We just left and miss the house already! Came with all kitchen essentials and plenty of bath towels. Location is so convenient, first floor was perfect for my parents so they didn’t have to climb up/down stairs all day! Great view of the ocean from the patio, pool is just feet away! House is outdated, other than that very comfortable stay!

We love the location of this condo. It was very easy access to the beach the room was average but could’ve been updated a little more. It wasn’t completely clean when we got there. There was a little bit of trash left behind on the bathroom floor. I’m sure it was a mistake from housekeeping. Overall it was a nice day great location and we liked the beach house.

Pros: The ocean view was amazing from the time you walked into the doors!! Beds were great. Really clean condo. Basic start-up kitchen and bath supplies. Tons of towels and washcloths. Pool was fun for the kids to play at and for adults to relax. They are on-point with open and closing times, fyi. Staff was friendly. Private beach was great. Seen some crabs, sting rays and jellyfish. Not crowded at all for busy season. The beach guys were friendly and helpful when we had asked for assistance. Cons: Stated you received two parking passes (one for each bedroom) except you receive a last minute email stating you only get one pass so the second vehicle had to park at the Vacasa office, which is several minutes away in Destin in crazy traffic. Not smoke free even though it also stated it was a non-smoking facility. Smoke from cigarettes and marijuana would knock you down when you opened doors most any time of day. Hotel management needs to stay on top of that for visitors with small children. Condo does need updating, even though it was very clean there were several areas that needed fixing. My husband had to fix the bolt lock when we first arrived because it would not stay locked. Screen door at patio was ripped which wasn't a big deal to us because the smoke was so stout we couldn't use it anyways. Sides of countertops peeling off, again not a big deal. Overall it was a decent stay, the ocean view made it worth it. I'm sure some of the cons listed are not problems you find here everyday or at least I would hope so.
