Stunning 3-bedroom townhome at Bayou Village. Located at Sandestin Resort, this stunning residence is perfectly situated on the lakeside. Panoramic views of Choctawhatchee Bay and the marina can be enjoyed from the living area.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Community Details:

While staying at the Blu Bayou, you will be about a mile from the stunning coastline! From the property, you’ll enjoy serene views of the Bay and lagoon. Your townhome is centrally located in Miramar Beach. Silver Sands Premium Outlets are about a 5-minute drive away. Destin Executive airport is 10 miles away, a 20 to 25-minute car ride.

Moreover, you are about a mile and a half from The Village of Baytowne Wharf (9300 Baytowne Wharf Blvd). Village activities include Adventure Land Playground (a safe and entertaining place for kids to play morning through evening); Baytowne Adventure Zone (sporting ziplines, ropes courses, and more!); Baytowne Carousel (bringing smiles to all age groups); Blast Arcade & Laser Maze (exciting, fun-filled family entertainment); Cloak & Dagger Escape Room (high tech rooms and great stories – 7 days a week).

Property Details:

This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse is perfect for your next vacation! The kitchen has updated granite counter tops, surrounding white cabinet doors, and stainless-steel appliances. The dining table has seating for eight.

This vacation rental features: 3 Bedroom, 3 bathroom

Just up the stairs, the master bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen TV, a sliding glass door to balcony overlooking the lake, and ensuite bathroom.

There are 2 more bedrooms; one with a queen bed and one with a king bed. These rooms share a bathroom.

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

With a split floor plan, you will find the living room down a couple of steps below, which has a sleeper sofa, 1 loveseat, a comfortable chair, and a large flat screen TV. One bathroom is located on the main level. The unit has a beautiful balcony on the first floor. After a full day of golfing or relaxing on the beach, the screened porch is great for hanging with family and friends. What a great way to spend your vacation!

Parking:

Guests renting at Bayou Village have 2 reserved parking spaces in front of the townhome. Do not park anywhere else within the Bayou Village neighborhood, as towing may occur.

Other details to note:

Beach Access: leave through the main entrance and cross the road. The guards on the other side will show you where to park.

For trash disposal: take a left out of the townhome; the trash bin is located about midway between all units. Please dispose of your trash in a respectful and responsible manner.

Extra bedding (for the sleeper sofa) and additional dining room chairs are located in the front closet.

Beach Tram Info: As a guest of this resort, you have special access to the Beach Tram. In order to utilize beach tram services, guests will need to show their access pass, which can be found in the kitchenette area. Don't forget to bring beach towels if you plan to go to the beach during your stay. Leave tram cards in the kitchen area, by the coffee machine. Guests are charged $235 per missing tram card.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
