We just loved this condo! The location is perfect! Close to great restaurants, Tanger Outlet Mall & other shopping areas, grocery stores and pharmacies. We enjoyed the view from the balcony every day as we ate breakfast & lunch there. We will definitely rent this condo again!

Was pretty much as listed. View from the balcony was great! Coffee pot was on the small side. The curtains to the balcony needed a good washing. I would trade the large coffee table for a smaller one and put a couple of chairs in the living room. Overall, we had good stay.

50 year anniversary tour

Enjoyed our stay. What a beautiful location. The beach chairs were a nice touch. Walked to some nice restaurants for dinner. Loved the view from the balcony, watched the dolphins several times. Could have used a comfortable chair. Thanks for sharing your lovely place.

Easy Gulf Access

We had an issue with the door lock and was unable to initially enter the property however the property management company immediately came out and fixed the problem after that we experienced no issues. We had a great time would highly recommend this location.

Amazing Vacation at Gulfview Condos Room 312

We had an amazing time at Gulfview Condos and had a wonderful view and the ocean was just steps away. Anthony was wonderful to deal with he answered all questions we had, and every thing in his unit was perfect we had all the amenities of home. The complex was clean along with our room the pool was in our back door and then another pool and hot tub was at the back of the complex which were both the cleanest pools I've ever seen:) Every thing was perfect from reserving the unit the room, beach, pools, every thing was clean and comfy the beaches and water was as well. I honestly think Destin has the most beautiful beaches and water I've ever seen I will be back next year for sure and my goal is a two week visit next time. Thanks Anthony for sharing your condo and for being so easy to work with.

property location and view were tops! Living room had a loveseat only. It was just the two of us but a sitting chair would have nice. Balcony was perfect until the A C unit kicked on. Poor choice of placement for a condensing unit. Literally right beside the sitting area. Kitchen stocked with the bare necessities, we are used to renting units with adequate cookware. Found this disappointing.

Disappointed

This unit was like walking into an asylum white, empty, cold barrack. No personality. The dresser handles were broken off. The ice maker was broken and never shut off. Ice continued to drop all over the freezer shelf. The kitchen sink was loose and the sprayer was broken. There was no local TV available. Everything was streamed through apps and there were very few of them available. brokenturned off.

Gulfview Condo

What a great view! Excellent vacation spot. 2nd time we've booked at Gulfview. Perfect for 2 adults and a child. We didn't realize it would feel smaller traveling with a teenager, though.We would definitely book again!
