As you enter the home, you’re welcomed by stunning wooden columns, pristine tile flooring, and an open living area with plush leather couches and high vaulted ceilings. The spacious, fully-stocked gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. The elegant formal dining area seats 10, with additional seating for 6 nearby. The media room on this floor boasts an 86" flat-screen TV and comfortable theatre-style seating. There’s also a Queen Suite with a private bath and walk-in shower.

The second floor includes 3 King Suites, each with a private bathroom, and a bunk room with a private bath, 2 sets of queen-over-queen bunk beds, 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a foosball table. One of the King Suites features a built-in twin-over-twin bunk bed.

On the third floor, you'll find another bunk room with the same bed setup as the second floor and 3 more King Suites, each with a private bathroom. One King Suite has a twin-size trundle bed.

Outside, the home features an outdoor kitchen with 2 mini fridges and a commercial ice maker, overlooking a 36ft. by 17ft. pool with a shallow swim-out ledge perfect for kids. The spacious deck is enclosed by a 6 ft. stucco privacy wall and surrounded by tropical landscaping.

Relax poolside on lounge chairs for 10 or enjoy additional outdoor seating. You can also catch your favorite team on the 47” TV!

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:

Seasonal Beach Chair Service - Complimentary Beach Service Offered Annually, mid-May to mid-August! Includes 4 chairs & 2 umbrellas on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM! (Set up daily starting the day after arrival)

Pool Heat - Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week.(Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.
*Please note that the attached overflow spa is NOT a hot tub. It cannot heat alone like a stand alone hot tub. When purchasing pool heat, both the pool and the overflow spa will remain at the same temperature. Outside of the dates the pool cannot be heated.*

VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets. *Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.*

Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach.

* PARKING: Parking for 7 vehicles. No Grass/Street Parking Community Rules.

* No tents or canopies allowed on private beach used for the community.*

* PETS: Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs. with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*
