Beautiful and clean

The location was directly on the street and right beside a beach access. I was surprised at the scale of the kitchen and living room based on pictures. I was pleasantly surprised at all the cleaning products available. The cleanliness was way above 5 stars!

Pink Pearl delivered

Spend a glorious week at this beautiful home. Beach was beautiful and chair service very convenient. Property management very helpful. Plenty of space for a family of 7. Kitchen well stocked and elevator a plus. Definitely recommend the home for a beach getaway!

It’s Really a 10!

It sites directly on the beach and beautiful views for the decks. I loved the private plunge pool. I’m happy the owner has a belt you can pull across the driveway since the house sits beside the public beach access and cars would likely pull in drive if this belly wasn’t there. The Frangista Beach Properties staff were kind and on top of things. I will look to revisit this house and area again. Excellent experience!

It was a wonderful place to stay. So convenient being able to walk straight down to the beach with chair service, extra chairs provided by the unit was a plus, rinsing off on your way back up, using the on property pool, having the gorgeous views from each level of the house along with the palm trees in the front, gorgeous bathrooms, it truly was everything I was hoping for. A little noisy with being on a high traffic road and being so close to other units and the beach access, but it was worth it!

Fun Family Vacay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was amazing! It's a beautiful home and right on the beach. The only downside is that it's right next to a public beach access. It's a bit noisy at times and when returning back after leaving to go somewhere, you would occasionally have to wait on a golf cart that would be parked in the driveway dropping off or picking up people at the public beach access. The property manager does everything they can to ensure this doesn't happen but unfortunately not everyone reads the "No Parking" signs. Overall, this is one of the most beautiful rentals we have ever stayed at while visiting our favorite vacation spot. We enjoyed grilling out and even jumped in the private pool several times. We also loved the new furniture! This rental has everything you need.

Lovely stay!

The beds were comfy, the house had everything we needed and the pool was an exceptional retreat for cooling off without salt water. The kids had a blast being able to go between and the adults were able to relax! The beach was beautiful- it was great to have the chair service ready and waiting because the beach got crowded and we always had a space earmarked! The house is on the main drag which was great for walking/running path access and walkable to an Alvin’s, coffee and ice cream. It was a bit noisy for the nights we wanted to sleep early because of the beach access and being a happening area, but for those wanting to be in the mix, it would be fun! Overall great stay! Frangista rental company was incredible with communication & anything we might have needed during our stay!

Lovely view but no direct beach access from property itself

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice home but lacks many luxury features.Astounding lack of cushions inside and on porches. Outdoor furniture is very worn and uncomfortable for sitting. Floors in kitchen very worn. Few truly luxurious features. Gate to direct beach access from property is locked so renters must use public beach access beside the property; quite annoying as other nearby homes appear to have direct access from the property for renters. Management company forces use of phone app, which is OK, but app promises keyless entry with a code which is not possible. Renter must stop by the management property to pick up keys. Property needs a deep clean. Many ceiling vents are dirty, freezer drawer is either rusted or very stained.

King Family Beach Trip 2022

Reviewer Comments: This year’s beach trip was 2 weeks earlier than last year and we can say the crowds were a bit less since most kiddos were still in school. The weather was the best and the gulf was the clearest we have ever seen. It was reassuring that the beach area was well patrolled for those of us who had the umbrellas and chairs included with our houses,etc. The Pink Pearl is beautiful and definitely has the multi-million dollar view. The house was clean and ready a little early for our arrival. Everything was in working order and the kitchen is well equipped. There are plenty of towels in all bathrooms and beach towels as well. The grill and pool areas were clean which made for some great outdoor dining. William and his staff at Frangista are the best and were always a phone call or text away if needed. Any questions through our year of planning were answered via email quickly. The Pink Pearl and the surrounding area is very nice and we can’t wait to go back next year!!

One small negative was that the HOA for the neighborhood would not allow anyone to throw frisbees, etc...on a rather large area of the beach between the houses and the "wet" part of the beach closer to the water where most lay out. This area is extremely far from the houses so no risk of hitting anything, etc... and it was a bit unreasonable. It was very windy while we were there so there wasn't a good place for kids to play all of the beach games like frisbee, paddle ball, etc...because the tide was high. We watched security and the HOA president chase little kids out of this area all week. It was really silly. EVERYONE that was staying in the places that had access to that area had kids and all were complaining to each other about it.
