*Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*An additional waiver to drive the golf cart is required in addition to our guest rental agreement
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.
*Please enter exact dates and occupancy to see the most accurate rate. The rental price is subject to change based on season, holidays and other factors. Changes to the reservation may cause the rate to change.
*VRBO guests who cancel 60+ days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $300 cancellation fee. Losses upon cancellation may be avoided if you purchased a Travel Protection policy and the reason for cancellation is covered under those terms and conditions.

Everything was amazing! The house was spotless and looked amazing! The pool was clean and the rooms were amazing for 18 girls! We had my sisters bachelorette party here and I can’t say enough great things! Close to the beach and in the middle of anywhere you needed to go!

Summer Vacay!

We had a great time with family at this beach house. It has plenty of bedrooms, beds, and living space for your whole family. The pool was a plus to the kids, and the short walk to the beach was through the neighborhood gate so it was safe and easy to travel. Thank you for the memories and the great time!

Family Vacation

The house was amazing. It was more than enough room for all of us. The heated pool allowed us to enjoy the pool our entire stay. The staff was very attentive and responded promptly to any and every question that arose. The pool heat stopped working and they had it back working within the next 2 hours if not sooner. We will book again.

Awesome place for large family vacation!!

This home had plenty of room for a large combined family with 6 adult couples! Beds were comfy and clean, separate bathroom were a plus for us, spacious kitchen and large table for meals. Loved having our own pool and grill! One problem we had with the pool door alarm (which was nice with little kids) was handled that night with cooperation from management and technician. Management was always available to text with questions on the house and attractions in the area. Check in/out process was easy and quick!! Very pleased with this location and will be planning a trip back soon!!

Absolutely Gorgeous House

This house was more than accommodating. It's kitchen was fully stocked, very clean, beds were comfy, and the beach access was a very short distance. The golf cart made things even easier! The only thing that could be improved upon is the couch in living room was uncomfortable, needs more supportive cushions and the alarm on the door going out to the pool (however necessary for small children) would be better if you could disarm it when it's not needed. Very annoying. They did come and change it since it would go off randomly, but the replacement one was even louder. Overall it was a gorgeous house and I would definitely book again.

Perfect for a large group!

We had 10 adults and the 6 BR with their own bathrooms were perfect! We opted to heat the pool which was great this time of year (March). The house was well stocked for cooking at home (note: you do need all of your own seasonings etc). Communication with property management was great! The home is very close to the beach (2 blocks) and the golf cart is a really nice bonus for bringing all your beach "stuff" down. It is spelled out but you will need to bring more TP, paper towels, etc as there is only a starter supply but there are plenty of stores close by. The directions for garbage and check out were also well written for us so no confusion on check out day. I would definitely recommend for a large group! Our only complaint is no beach towels. For whatever reason the home is not stocked with pool/beach towels. 2 groups of our party flew in from out of state so it was a bit of an inconvenience making room in suitcases for towels but if that's the worse thing, I'll take it. It was still a great week at “Sea you soon!”

Sea you soon home beautiful house great vacation

This home was beautiful and a wonderful setting. They were 13 of us. Seven of them were grandchildren. They had so much fun in this large home swimming pool was amazing. It was a gated resort so it made you feel very safe. Was very close to the beach one golf cart came with the home and we rented two more. Rode Golf Carts Down Scenic Dr., Road to the beach road to restaurants road all around. It was a lot of fun overall would definitely rent this house again! Two dishwashers and two refrigerators was very helpful with that many people.

Perfect home for group at Miramar Beach

Sea You Soon was a beautiful home and was perfect for our group. I love the fact that each bedroom had a King bed and their own bathroom. The common areas were large and fit all of us! The house was very clean and welcoming. The staff sends you text messages with all the info you need and made you feel very welcomed!

Three days in 1:30 in the morning the fire alarms went off. Evacuated our family including infants and small toddler children . The firefighters informed us this wasn’t the first time at this property. Apparently the golf cart plug lets off emissions which trigger the fire alarm. Disappointing the owners and property managers allowed this to happen repeatedly. They have an extensive what to do and not to do but do not hold themselves accountable for there deficiencies. I am sure if we had done something wrong we would have been charged extra fees.
