This stunning home will welcome you to the beach with its new furnishings and beautiful decor! The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and the open floor plan is perfect for entertaining! 2 living areas allows options for gathering with the upstairs area geared for the kids!

The Villas of Frangista is a quiet, gated community with cobble stone streets, a community pool and some small ponds for the kids to fish in. Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, this community is just minutes from the sugar white sands, close to favorite local restaurants, and nearby some of the best shopping in the area. This lovely neighborhood is just minutes from incredible shopping, dining and world class golf with 8 courses within five minutes.

This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom vacation rental features:

Bedroom 1- King bed (main floor) - Sleeps 2

Bedroom 2- king bed (second floor) - Sleeps 2

Bedroom 3- 1 king bed - (second floor) Sleeps 2

Bedroom 4- (second floor) 1 Queen over Queen Bunk (sleeps 4) and Twin over Twin over Twin Bunk (sleeps 3) - Total 7

3 ensuite bathrooms in the 3 upstairs bedrooms (4th bathroom near the downstairs living room)

No street parking allowed. Please use only designated parking areas. Failure to comply could result in a warning, fine or towing.

ALL CARS MUST BE IN DRIVEWAY. 3 CARS MAXIMUM. NO trailers, RVs, scooters, boats, or motorcycles are permitted per Villages of Frangista HOA rules.

Complimentary beach service (two beach chairs and one umbrella), Golf Cart, & 4 Bicycles are provided March 1st through . Guests can bring the additional chairs/umbrellas which we provide for you. Per HOA rules, Tents and Canopies are not allowed on Frangista Beach.

PET FEE IS $300 PLUS TAX. A MAXIMUM OF 2 *ADULT* DOGS ALLOWED – EACH 25LBS OR LESS. Inquire about larger dogs.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Salty Waves is a great house. It was very clean and everything worked great, the backyard was spacious and the putting green was fun for my sons.

The manager gave us excellent customer service. It was so nice to have the golf carts and bicycles but it was within walking distance to the beach plus shopping etc. I would recommend people to go with Frangista Rentals.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Salty Waves for our group of 12. The house was so clean and well maintained and came with everything we needed. The location was great with an easy walk or ride to the beach. The included golf cart and bikes were the perfect add-on to get to nearby shops and restaurants. We had a rainy day during our stay, but the kids had plenty to keep them busy with the ping pong table, backyard mini-golf and loft area for indoor games. We would definitely stay at Salty Waves again.
