SPECTACULAR GULF FRONT VIEWS at this GORGEOUS condo. Relax and enjoy scenic "Emerald Coast" Gulf views right outside your oversized, private patio from your living room and primary bedroom! This 11th floor condo has been completely remodeled and is beautifully decorated. You have a 46-inch flat screen TV with sound system in the living room and flat screens in each bedroom. The convenience of a full kitchen with new cabinets & granite countertops, new dishwasher, new range, new microwave and a full-size washer and dryer. Primary bath has walk-in shower with dual shower heads and guest bathroom has a tub. Both bathrooms have granite countertops and updated cabinetry.

You can access the balcony from the living area and primary bedroom. The balcony is furnished with a chaise lounge and new patio table and chairs for your waterfront dining pleasure. Enjoy the private view of the gulf right outside your room as you watch for the dolphins swimming and the ships sailing while sipping your favorite beverage!

This condo sleeps 6 people with two bedrooms (one king bed in the primary and two full beds in second). Guest bedroom has all new furniture and new flooring was added to both bedrooms in spring of 2020. Family room has new leather recliner and new swivel rocker with ottoman. New primary bedroom furniture was added December 2020, along with new family room sofa and new high-end mattresses on all the beds. Condo was painted top to bottom January 2021 and new custom drapes were installed. As you can see, the owners want to make sure this pristine condo stays updated and has all the comforts and amenities you have at home. If you enjoy tennis you will be thrilled! Five championship clay tennis courts and a tennis center with a world-ranked tennis pro and staff ready to set up matches for you. Enjoy tennis clinics with a friendly, fun group or take some private lessons. (Tennis charges are separate and you need to call for court reservations.). Hidden Dunes also just added 5 BRAND NEW pickleball courts in 2023!

Located on the 11th floor with direct access to the beach you will love the emerald green water and sugary white sands of Hidden Dunes private beach! White Diamond Beach Service is available by calling 850-420-1327 or whitediamondbeach.net. They can reserve beach chairs, table and umbrella set up for you. They will set up and break down for you every day so no hauling chairs back and forth! The exercise room is located on the 1st floor. This condo resort has so much to offer for a fun and relaxing beach vacation.

Gated entrance includes 24-hour security staff and there are two parking passes with this unit. Enjoy the 27-acre paradise with shaded walkways, reflecting pools, flowing fountains and a lake with a gazebo. There is even a lighted basketball and children's playground.

Epic trip

We absolutely loved this condo! The balcony views of pool, ocean, sunrise and sunset views were amazing! So cozy, clean and just overall an amazing stay! Also loved the lagoon views while waiting for the elevator. We would love to stay here again!

Great stay at Hidden Dunes

We had a great October vacation this past week; beautiful, up to date, well stocked; well maintained condo with awesome view down the beach from the balcony; friendly, courteous beach staff every day with complimentary beach setup; owners very helpful and responsive with reservations; we'll be back!

Very comfortable, clean, and beautiful condo.

We enjoyed everything. We loved the recliners. The only thing were the very soft bed pillows. I am used to memory foam. The view was great! We had everything we needed.

Beautiful condo, perfect location!

Great family spot

We loved our stay here and had plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved their room and the view from the primary is spectacular. The kitchen had tons of space to cook and eat. Easy to get to and from the pool and beach and be able to go back and forth. We will definitely be back!

Family vacation 2020

Amazing condo on a beautiful beach! This was our second time staying in condo 1104 and surely won't be our last. Very nice furnishings and friendly owners. We could not have had a better week!

The Best Ever!

We have been staying in various properties at Hidden Dunes for 33 years, so we know an exceptional condo when we see it. Could not have asked for a more perfect stay. We had a week in not only a beautiful and very well equipped condo but also it was very comfortable and relaxing. The owners have shown great thoughtfulness and consideration for their renters. Paradise Found!

This condo is everything you would want in a get away to the beach. The condo met or exceeded our expectations in every way. The owners of the condo even changed the weather from not so great to beautiful while we were there! The owners communicated with us before the trip and even checked in to make sure we got there and everything was good. We have 40 years of experience staying at various condo’s and this rates at the very top.

We had a wonderful time! The ocean view is spectacular from the balcony. We watched dolphins one morning. The condo is decorated perfectly with lots of added features. The sound of the ocean in the unit was really cool too! The owner was so nice and responsive to all of my questions. We had a great week!!!

Wonderful getaway

We have stayed here numerous times, and we always rebook for another visit! Pam is so very nice--it is a pleasure to work with her. The condo feels like home away from home, and it is always updated in some way every time we visit. The weather wasn't ideal when we were there, but when we could go on the beach, it was wonderful. One of my favorites things to do is to sit on the balcony and just watch the ocean and listen to the waves. We will be back soon!

Great high rise condo on the beach in sunny Destin, Florida!!

We have stayed in Hidden Dunes 1104 for five straight years. It has all the amenities one could ask for: beautiful beach, heated pool, spa, six soft-tru tennis courts (excellent staff to make sure you have a game!), 11th floor with a wonderful view, great owner to work with, close to fine restaurants, shopping (including an upscale outlet center), theaters, etc. The unit is well furnished (including full kitchen capabilities), and well maintained. One can not go wrong staying in this unit!!

Absolutely Amazing!

Bring your binoculars to this amazing 11th floor balcony! The view is gorgeous for miles and miles. We saw dolphins, turtles and so many squadrons of manta rays while enjoying our morning coffee. This unit is so clean, so beautifully decorated and the furniture incredibly comfortable. Pam, the owner, thought of everything you could possibly need for your week in Paradise. She responded in less than 5 minutes when we had a question and even sent a congratulatory email later in the week for my daughter's wedding. We would stay here again in an instant and highly recommend this unit to everyone. It truly deserves more than 5 stars!

A wonderful December beach get away!

What a perfect condo right on the beautiful Destin beaches. It is just like the pictures. The furniture and furnishing are really nice throughout the living and dining areas. The kitchen is amazingly well supplied with basically anything you could need for cooking and baking. We found the master bedroom spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the double head shower was a nice feature too. The view from the master bedroom is breathtaking each morning as you wake up. the balcony also is spacious. the property itself seemed very clean and easy to get in and out of...also just a short drive to the shopping outlets and grocery store down the way. Highly recommend this condo! We would definitely stay there again! :)

The Best Vacation!

We had the best time in Destin last week! Mary Kay's condo was perfect. The second you walk in the door, that view just takes your breath away! The condo was fully stocked, clean, and comfortable. The pool and beach are just steps away and we especially loved having the beach service every day during our stay - that was a huge plus! We loved that the balcony was so large that we could all comfortably enjoy breakfast and coffee outside every morning. Everyone at Hidden Dunes was super friendly and we met tons of friends throughout the week. Our 3-year old daughter was so sad to leave. Highly recommend the following restaurants: The Crab Trap (their gumbo is amazing!), Grimaldi's Brick Oven Pizza (near Publix, amazing pizza!), Surf Hut for fresh seafood on the ocean, and a visit to Gator Beach at Fudpucker's if you have kids (our daughter loved this!). We have found our place and will definitely return for year's to come! Thanks for everything!

Loved everything about this condo!!

This condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a wonderful stay at the beach! The layout of the condo worked perfectly for us and the kitchen is so nice! Loved the openness of the floor plan! It's on the 11th floor and is right beside the elevators! So convenient! The views of the beach are amazing!!! And the owner, Mary Kay, couldn't have been any nicer! The week before our trip she touched base with us to give us all the check-in details and let us know everthing we needed to make the trip and check-in go smoothly! When we arrived home after our trip, we realized we left my son's teddy bear at the condo. I emailed Mary Kay and she immediately touched base with the cleaning crew and had it mailed back to us!! Everything about our vacation was perfect at Hidden Dunes 1104! Thank you Mary Kay!!

A wonderful experience

This is the place to rent!! Pictures are true! It's a stunning view. Very well appointed unit. Beautifully decorated. We even took pictures in case we ever have our own beach place. This is exactly what we would want. I've never seen a rental kitchen so well equipped. I could barely find room in the cabinets for my own stuff. There was ample storage elsewhere available so that was not an issue. The owner is a delight to work with, very responsive to any questions. We had absolutely no issues. Beach service included. A wonderful experience. I would not hesitate in the least to rent this unit. So glad we did. We met many nice friendly people on the beach as well. A really fun long weekend indeed.

Great location and amazing views

The condo has everything you need - great kitchen, washer/dryer, and stunning views of the ocean. We were visiting during a cold snap and storms but we still managed a enjoy the included White Diamond chair/umbrella service at the beach a couple of days. We appreciated the closet full of beach supplies - shovels, buckets, chairs, etc as well. When it was just too windy and cold to be on the beach we would head over to Grand Boulevard in Sandestin for groceries, shopping, movies, and restaurants - barely 10 minutes away. No need to deal with construction traffic heading into Destin when everything you need is so close. There is a large pool, hot tub, and baby pool to enjoy on the way down to the beach. The pool didn't seem to be heated, but the kids didn't mind the cold! The fitness room is small and has one exercise bike, treadmills, an elliptical, and weights. There are lots of games and books in the condo - we seemed to have endless Battleship games going! Pam and Ray had great communication throughout and they made the whole process very smooth. Highly recommended.

A perfect vacation stay

My family of 4 stayed for a full week in this fantastic condo and we loved everything about it. The condo has a great setup and was cozy. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. Easy access to beach and pool. The location was perfect too! The owner Pam is a great communicator and will make you feel comfortable and make sure that everything is taken care of do all you have to do is enjoy your vacation.

Amazing Week!

My family (2 adults and 2 children) stayed at this condo June 14-21 and we loved every minute! The condo itself is immaculate, the location is perfect, and the owner (Pam) communicated quickly. We had zero complaints and even though it was June, the beach wasn’t too busy. There is plenty of room (even with all of the beach service that is set up) and the very short walk to the beach was perfect. There are two elevators close to the condo and even though one was down for repair for most of the week, we never had to wait very long and people were so friendly! We loved Miramar Beach, drove the short distance to Destin for some watercraft activities, and ate at a lot of the local restaurants. Overall, it was the perfect stay, in a beautiful area!
