"Everything good"

"The room was nothing like it was described. The bunk beds in the hallway were coming loose from the wall which made it unsafe for kids to be on. The top bunk had no railing so no one could sleep without the feeling they would fall off. The beds were very hard, like sleeping on a piece of wood. The flooring was all different and it looked like they ran out of tile and broke a couple of pieces to create the entryway flooring. The bathroom is very outdated with no space to put anything on the cabinet. Washer didn't work in the building."

"Beautiful, immaculately appointed house in a beautiful, private community on a gorgeous, private beach. Super clean. Has everything we needed for our 1 week long stay with our 3 kids and my elderly parents (minus food of course). Bonuses were the daily beach chair and umbrellas for 4, bikes, and working elevator. Views of beach from each floor are beautiful. LOVED IT!"

"This condo was everything we expected and more. The description and photos of the property were very accurate. Both the condo and complex are extremely clean and is located steps from the beach. The space was very comfortable. There are restaurant options within walking distance and numerous other eating options within a short driving distance. We brought our dog and even found a dog park near by. The host provided all necessary information regarding arrival/check-in/check out in a timely manner. Stephanie also responded quickly to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay at this condo and would book again on our next trip to Miramar Beach."

"The complex is amazing and great location to the beach. The house was a great size for vacation home. Our kids loved the pool and outdoor activities. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a smooth stay. There was mix up with cleaning and the house was not ready for 3-4 hours after our check in. Though this was communicated through the VRBO app, it was not done efficiently. A text message with this info would have beneficial for a more direct communication. We also didn’t have a working dishwasher till the last day of our trip. With 6 people in the house and half the dishes in the dirty dishwasher, it was inconvenient and frustrating. We are aware that “things” happen in homes and it doesn’t always go smoothly, but there was no return compensation by the owner in regards to these multiple inconveniences. "
