New appliances and kitchen utensils, VERY comfortable bed and living area. When they say steps to the beach, they mean less than a 1 minute walk to the most beautiful beach and water we've ever seen! Community around the home felt warm, safe, and welcoming by every member! We didn't, because you never know, but the area was so nice that it felt like you could leave your vehicle and home doors unlocked while sleeping or away! Absolutely perfect 12 night stay! "

"The rental home was adequate for our needs. The space served its purpose and was clean and spacious. Having full baths for each room was a big bonus for us. We stayed a week and had family in and out of the house. The house is a close walk to the beautiful shores of Destin. "

"While the house was as described, there are a few minor things that need some attention:(One set of broken blinds, dishwasher detergent flap broken to hold in the detergent, light coming out of ceiling in second story shower area and a light coming out of the ceiling in the stairwell between first & second floor.) I have stayed in many houses in this neighborhood for years, and I must have mis-read or overlooked the linens policy. There were very few towels and washcloths for the bathrooms for a week stay for 5 adults. Overall, the value for what we paid for the rental was satisfactory for our family and we would consider booking the house a second time. "
