"Just about everything from check in, room uniqueness, room tech smart controls (all on one tablet/iPad in the room), view from our window (can see cruise ships turning in the basin), cleanliness, room use of space (especially the bathroom) and the service of the staff was second to none. Today called the front desk for a towel as Laudry did not answer twice a lady said yes will send up more than an hour waited called back three time to the front lobby no answer message playing then my daughter called from cell phone no answer. I sent my son down to pick the towel. This is poor service Thanks "
