"We had a terrible experience at this place. We only stayed for two nights and it was a complete nightmare. The hotel is extremely dirty—I think even a budget motel would look better. There was mold in the bathroom and dirt everywhere you looked, especially in the hallways. We were on the third floor and, of course, the elevator wasn't working. But that wasn't even the worst part: the smell was horrific. When we got home from our trip, we had to wash every single item of clothing because the 'old' musty smell was so strong that it had completely permeated everything we owned. And one more thing we had to ask for extra towels that was never brought to us in 2 days !! Staff just kept telling that they will send housekeeping soon"

"Morning of the 26th we expected a much better grade of food and choice. Recycled meat hash and fried potatoes. Very cold, good quality ham slices and we expected the leftover sausage patties that were served on the 25th morning would just be recycled and served on Friday morning the 27th. Not acceptable when you choose the Hyatt! Poor food quality. Fail. "
