"Paper copy of driver's license is issued until the hard copy arrives. The clerk insisted on the hard copy This would have been my fourth stay the clerk informed me that if I had attitude I didn't have to stay I was exhausted and only informed him that last week the clerk just copied that same paper. He told me to leave if I had attitude naturally I was not going to spend a thin dime there now or ever. He refused to refund my booking but never ever will he get away with such 3rd world tactics. The hotel was full & possibility he needed the room bc I told Expedia to have him get my original booking ready & he said there were no more rooms within 5 minutes. No customer service limited skills. The paper ID is accepted Everywhere it shows name address driver license # and photo"

"Hotel wasn’t bad, the room door wasn’t sealed properly so there were bugs in the room. They were doing construction on the road beside the hotel. We asked for a room further away in the main building and they didn’t help us put. Literally did nothing about it. The whole room was shaking during the night. I know it’s not the hotel fault, but they should’ve accommodated us with a room in the main building where it would have been quieter."
