The check-in process was easy and the room was very nice. Giovanni was extremely helpful and gave us the name of a restaurant to try out. Casa Juan’s was very good and a close walk from the hotel.

We stayed here overnight prior to a cruise. It was clean, quiet, conveniently located, decently priced and comfortable. All staff we dealt with was great. There was a restaurant on site that had good food for a decent cost. I would stay here again.

Great location. Hotel has everything you need. Bar downstairs that served great tapas. Staff was friendly. Room has a kitchen, sofa and dining table. Looks like a studio apartment. Walkable to Dolphin Mall. A little minor issue whichwas that breakfast was served only until 10am, but the menu said 11am so we missed it. Overall the stay was great.

We stayed here one night before a cruise.
We were delayed on our flight, but we called the front desk and they were so accommodating and helpful.
We got in late and Aisha was very friendly and genuine. She arranged us a late check out so that we had a little more time to sleep in.
We had a really enjoyed our stay, it was comfortable and convenient.
I would recommend staying here, it's great!

Awkward to get to if you are relying on GPS (there is a FENCE which surrounds a neighboring appartment property that blocks the way Google Maps and Maps tries to direct you there, you have to approach from a different street one block over - it's not difficult but confusing if you don't know because the hotel is not obvious.
Room clean, staff super helpful We stayed a couple of days while visiting gardens in Miami - exactly what we needed. An easy walk (just under a mile but with footpaths etc...

I was left stranded in Miami for 2 days, due to american airlines, with no bags. I randomly selected the hotel beaux arts as i had been awake for 24 hours and had no luggage. How fortunate I was. It is a beautiful hotel with a warm welcoming staff.
Five days later, I still do not have my bags and have been hung up on by AA more times than I care to mention. If you have to be alone on Thanksgiving with no bags. i highly recommend the Hotel Beaux Arts.
