"Was given the wrong room, paid for a view and eventually changed. Paid for breakfast and it was not up to standard with a pretty limited choice. The pools were closed due to a conference being held there so we could use them, we were not informed this when booking our stay."

"Parking garage on 13th and Collins is good. $20/day Breakfast and pool are at sister hotel, The President, which is a street over on Washington. The beach is literally across the street from Collins, where the hotel is located. Staff is friendly. The area is walkable. "
