"I didn’t realize how big the hotel is, but it is gorgeous! Check in and check out is very organized, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate at the Japanese restaurant and it was delicious. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they look modern and well kept. We asked for extra towels and shampoo, and they were so generous! We would definitely stay there again"

"Booked a day pass while waiting for a flight after a cruise. What a nice way to relax and unwind. The kids loved the outdoor pool. Staff was very nice and helpful. The airport shuttle was a great perk that saved us another taxi ride."

"The rooms were quite dated for the price point. Room was dusty and dirty unfortunately. Has a lot of potential however the attention to detail where it matters needs to be given some love. Amenities were great, food was good but again a bit over priced. Understand that it comes with the area. They compensated us for the resort fee for the room being dirty."
