"For this price in the heart of Miami, it is a bargain and wonderful experience. The apartment was super clean and comfortable; the beach is amazing and beach chairs and umbrella are included. The newly renovated pool, the gym, tennis, restaurant, general store, and laundry gave us everything we could ever need. The location is close to many great restaurants and shops. And Maria was responsive and kind. I would highly recommend this experience and will be back."

"The location on the beach was great but the property itself was crappy compared to the pictures. The dishwasher was broken, there were no bowls to eat out of (despite few dining options nearby, and despite multiple requests to staff for bowls!). The bathrooms were very nice and had been updated recently, but the bedrooms and common areas were downright shabby with patches of paint on the walls and worn out furniture. We will not rent this unit again. "

"my business partner and I were presenting and attending a conference at Eden Roc nearby and the hotel rates were astronomical. This property was a 10 minute walk and extremely reasonable. Kevin, the property manager was always available to communicate. We had a few issues with figuring out codes and passwords and Kevin always responded quickly and was very patient with me. The conference ended after checkout and Kevin showed amazing flexibility. I highly recommend staying at this property...

"It took awhile to check in with getting the car to valet when we arrived and then a long line to physically check in. All adults needed to have a copy of their ID copied which we weren’t prepared for. When entering the room, it was nothing like the pictures. It was a different layout, on the 15th floor, not updated, ants on wall, dishes, and floor was dirty. As well, there was no shampoo, conditioner, hand soap or stovetop as described.
