"Great location. Clean apartment and good response from management. They advised free parking. But when you arrive, there are only a few spots on a small lot that's already occupied. The street parking is free subject to City laws, but still not available. If you finally get a spot after waiting hours for someone to leave so you can grab that spot. Vacation almost ruined because of time spent trying to park when you believe that a reserved spot is open for you as rental guest."

"Incorrect addresses was provided for property when booked. Floors in the room ware sticky. There is no onside free parking, only valet or paid public parking available. Long check it process at the lobby. Only one person, but there ware 3 security guards standing around "

"Tv room didn’t work, no hair dryer, no body wash soap, has a washer and dryer but no detergent for it. Fan lights kept turning on in the middle of the night. Just poor on taking care of guests "

"We loved staying at Rene and Elise’s property! From being checked in personally by Rene, great recommendations for everything surrounding Miami, and all the amenities that included, this place was perfect! Perfect downtown location which made it easier for us to explore Miami and the rooftop pool was just an added plus. We will be staying with only 305LuxeRentals when we come to Miami in the future ! "

And while the property was sufficient for our party of 7 to stay a night prior to a cruise, there were a couple of cons that kept it from being perfect..1) The unloading (luggage) process was a huge headache, as there was no room our large passenger van to park, and the attendants in the half-circle drive were adamant...
