"This hotel was excellent. Had great customer service. Less then a mile away from brickell mall. You can see the cruise ships from the hotel. House keeping was great they cleaned up so well. They cleaned up so good we didn’t even have sand in the room or on our balcony. The pool and the roof top bar was great. I will stay here again."

"We found the perfect hotel pre-cruise! Hampton Inn Brickell ticks all the boxes. Amazing location next to the free Metromover and the rail line. Close to an abundance of fabulous restaurants. Clean rooms, comfy beds, quiet and safe location, excellent breakfast and wonderful kind genuine staff. As an international flight attendant I’m well versed with hotels and amenities. This hotel is a gem of a find and ticks all the boxes. The goody bags on arrival, the pool is perfect, the coin laundry room is also a rare find and perfect for packing light if travelling internationally and not taking home dirty laundry. Loved this hotel ! "

"The hotel is modern but very quiet. The elevator system is a bit confusing and takes sometime to get used to. However, the staff is very helpful. Lastly, the location is great and the views were impeccable 🌟"
