"First , there is black mold in the first tower where the pool is located and in the mirrors.
We were in the second tower and not once did house keeping go clean or delivered fresh towels.
Every time I tried calling the front desk at first would go through and then the phone number kept saying out of service .
Finally we decided to check out early and go to another hotel to actually shower. No one was at the front desk , a sign was left with a phone number ( same phone number saying it was out of service ) and an email. We saw the front desk person lingering outside as she saw another guest and myself waiting and waited 15 minutes to come in . I will not be coming back"
