"I would not recommend this place, since there is no personnel at the hotel to manage the guests. We were there for one night and we got woke up a few times buy people yelling in the accomodation We were in room 101 which is next to the living room/kitchen and the entry, probably the worst room. I had to get up and tell some guest to stop yelling at each other. We were woken up by people at midnight, 2am , 4 am and 7am. People were rude and were not respecting any rules from the managers.... "

"Accommodations are basic and a bit rundown. However, affordable dog friendly places to stay are limited, so we really appreciate Kaikeibo for providing us with this important option. It was an easy drive to Kansai Airport too."

Four japanese style bedrooms that lock separately, two toilets and showers, a spaceous kitchen, and one big shared living area which is lovingly decorated with traditional japanese decoration and furniture. "こういうタイプの民泊に初めて宿泊しました。築年数は100年オーバーとの事ですが上手に改装され、趣きを残しつつ大変モダンに使い勝手良くされています。もちろん文句の付けようも無いほど綺麗にされています。食器や冷蔵庫なども共有ではありますが自由に使用できとても良かったです。そちらに行く機会があれば迷う事無く再度利用させていただきますね。"

"It was a perfect place to land after a very long transport (over 20 hours). Kiyo was very helpful and got me from the airport the evening before and to the train station the next day. She is very pleasant and her room is restful and traditional Japanese. It was a great entry to Japan.She even had a selection of pillows."
