"The staff were amazing and accommodating. We had a dinner recommendation from the staff to go to in Chiado and it was superior. We loved the added amenities such as the provided snacks and drinks. The AC worked very well. The laundry was a bonus. Very neat to look out at the bustling pink street. "

"This is a beautiful hotel, very clean, large rooms, comfy beds and a great bathtoom with everything you need. The breakfasts were fabulous, served from 8am. We found the hotel to be quite central and the old tram 28 stops right outside. The staff are very polite and do all they can to help. We had complimentary drinks on arrival. Check in and out was efficient. We would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Lisbon again. I will recommend to friends who are interested in Lisbon.
