"The rooms were very clean, cute, and comfortable. The communication and service was very good. Excellent location, we found it quiet. The main things are limitations of the building, so probably difficult to improve - the Mozart room has very low sloped ceilings so it is easy to bump your head - a tall person would struggle to be comfortable here. A small fridge in the Mozart room would be great. Also, access to the Mozart room via the stairs is a bit tricky with heavy luggage."
