"It was wonderful!! The ambience was a-one, breakfast was over the top fantastic and the live pianist was the nicest touch. This has to be one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in, big because of the fanciness but because of the warmth and attention to detail that everyone associated with the hotel had! "The property is a work in progress. You are buying location & a great location it is. The breakfast is not fancy, but for an American, the coffee may have been the best I’ve found in Europe. Every day was an adventure on what was not cleaned in the room. I had my own shower & sink, but multiple rooms shared 2 toilets."

"The hotel has a kitchen close to public transportation and in the center of the city. Perfect way to explore Lissabon. With children it was great as they had a separate room but in the same apartment to us with bunk beds so it was perfect for all of us"

We loved that they had a communal breakfast where they prepared delicious food and it was fun to talk to other guests. The property was clean and beautifully restored. "More like an inn than a hotel. While the front desk isn’t always manned, their system is painless and cleaning was done daily and thoroughly. The location is excellent, near the nightlife and the tourist core of Lisbon. But night on top of it. So the noise wasn’t too bad. "

"Our stay was great! Good location near a lot of tourist spots, bars and restaurants. Loved the unique decor of the place. The only weird part was the room flyer said there was breakfast provided but there was only coffee. This was not a big deal but perhaps the flyer could be updated if there is no breakfast anymore. :)"

"The service here was amazing Joana the manager goes above and beyond, as does its sister hotel, where you can also use the facilities. Free stocked fridge, whats app communication throughout the stay. A free breakfast during the stay. Everything you could need and more. Joana the manager is exceptional and it may seem weird to put this above the room itself but she made the stay amazing for us."
