Beautiful Mid Century Modern lake front home. 5 minute drive to the Notre Dame Stadium, 10 minutes to downtown South Bend, 7 minutes to Grape Road, 4 minute drive to Campus/16 minute walk, 5 Minutes to Eddy Street Commons, 3 minutes Warren Golf Course. Comfortable and large gathering areas, two listening rooms with vinyl, Dark Academia living room with multiple leather couches completed with an Eames listening Chair. Beautiful fenced back yard with access to private beach, two fire pits and a covered seating area. Indoor fire place. Tesla Charger (220v outlet, 30+mi an hour), Free parking for 8 cars, attached 2 car garage, feel free to inquire about early check-ins and late check-outs for additional fee(s). Lake is safe for humans and dogs and maintained weekly by the Department of Natural Resources (DNR).

Beautiful Lake front home.
Loved every part of this unique and new home. The lake was the best part, the neighborhood is very quiet and tucked away. The inside is unique and cozy. 10/10
