Good price for a short trip. Property is quiet, staff is friendly and there's a pretty decent selection for breakfast in the morning. It's close to shopping, restaurants, mall and about less than 15 minutes away from Notre Dame.

The room was clean and staff was very friendly. They are going through a bit of construction/update but still manageable. Only thing it does not have an elevator. The hotel is two floors and you would need to carry your items up the stairs. We had a quick weekend trip so it was not a problem for us

Room was clean and queen beds were nice. Bathroom sink frequently backed up and two of the lights were burned out. Hallway carpets were threadbare and upturned ends were peeling away from the walls, giving the entire hotel a much more disheveled look than it probably deserved. Breakfast was very good for the money (free). Air confining in room worked well but traveling partner said it frequently felt excessively humid to him. (It did rain on and off during our stay.)

Seems like reviews are bashing this place. We only stayed after a Notre dame game and left first thing in morning. However easy check in, clean quite for most part. Close to campus. We didn’t experience anything that would cause us not to return. Price was very high but all places on game day are, so whatever.

The hotel is dated, with old floors and stairs. The hotel does not have an elevator and low water pressure in the shower. But the mattress was excellent, the room was clean, which trumps most everything else.

The only nice thing about this hotel was the staff were nice. Don’t waste your money it’s an awful hotel so disappointed as we paid $900 for 2 nights. Price gauging for the Notre Dame game. Shame on quality inn
