"Very nice, efficient front desk. Loved the pillow choices. Liked the breakfast, the toiletries we can pick from, and options on toothbrush hard-soft. The location was excellent, conveniently close to food, shopping and train station. Room was cozy, liked the sliding shutters to darken roomand being able to open window since it was warmer in the building and only heater was option in winter. For a solo female from US, I liked my stay here a lot. I’ve never been to Shizuoka, only here for a concert and not know knowing what to expect of this town and place, I was glad to get chance to take this side trip to this charming city. This hotel did not disappoint and is a great value in my opinion."

"The service was great and the staff were very helpful and nice. We arrived a few hours early to Numazu and we were able to store our luggage at the hotel before our check-in time. Lots of clean towels and bathrobes were provided each day. They also provided toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, etc. The hotel room has its own private washroom which is good, but washroom space was a little small. We found 2 small bugs in our room (1 dead roach and 1 small spider) but it was not much of a problem. The hotel had a room of washing machines and dryers, which is convenient for doing laundry. Overall it was a nice stay as a group of 3. "
