"Parking at the hotel is away from the Reception up a steep hill, not accessible to the hotel from the parking location - you need to walk down the hill to get to Reception. We arrived at 1:30pm, and informed that check in was at 3pm. They held our luggage and we were told we could come back in one hour. We actually came back at 2:55pm assuming our room was ready. The front desk didn’t seem to recognize us when we returned and asked us to wait as the room wasn’t immediately ready. We sat on the uncomfortable fake leather couch of the unimpressive Reception and we were finally taken to our lobby. The receptionist with the long black hair was very sweet and proceeded to take us on the awkward journey to the room. We walked up two flights of stairs with our luggage to then take the elevator (uh weird and terrible design) two more flights up. There are stairs leading in directions all over yet only elevator accessible from a random place two stories up! Also we asked if it was possible for a late check out past the 10am time and advised it’s 10 Euro extra each hour after 10am. So we asked since we didn’t use the wellness offered during our stay if we could at 10am but advised nope, we’d no longer be guests….uh ok. Positives: clean room, good air conditioning, restaurant staff pleasant, dark haired reception kind. But this hotel is not recommended and definitely NOT worth the prices they charge. Stay away! "

"A lovely place to stay. In a good place for easy access to the town. Rooms were a little small but still manageable."

"We were very satisfied with the condition, comfort and cleanliness of the room and the service of the front desk. The breakfast buffet was very good (sparkling wine included), whereas the dinner buffets left some room for improvement. All dinner-time drinks were charged extra. The stay included unlimited entry to the adjoining thermal spa, for which the property provided free bathrobes and beach towels. However, some hotel staff members outside of the main reception had very limited English, so we had minor difficulties in communicating. The clientele of the hotel skewed older, with few families, so the ambience was more relaxed and stress-free. Overall, I was very happy and I would definitely stay there again."

"Age and beauty of building. Did not care for the idea of a buffet supper. Was expecting a sit down meal. Waiter was a complete snot. "
