"Room was clean. Property was always kept clean. Check in process smooth. Most of the staff were friendly. Some staff at the restaurant during breakfast buffet were rude and only seem to cater to certain racial ethnicities. Were not asked for coffee nor refills even though some people were offered. Buffet selection was not the greatest and they kept the same menu everyday"

"We had such an amazing stay at Eldorado Resort! From the moment we arrived, everything felt so warm and welcoming. The cleanliness was top-notch—our room was spotless and beautifully maintained, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. The vibe of the place is honestly unmatched—peaceful, scenic, and full of good energy. Waking up by the lake and just soaking in the views was the highlight of our trip. And the food… absolutely delicious! Every meal we had was fresh, flavorful, and so well presented. You can tell they really care about the experience. Overall, it was the perfect mix of relaxation, great service, and good vibes. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to! ✨"

"I was going through a personal time when I checked into the hotel and an accelerated with my personal time of rescuing my autistic son from my ex-husband and they moved mountains for me. All the staff was very helpful warm and loving everything was perfect and this is where we will be staying any place that I go is at the Sandman hotel. A special note to the Sandman Hotel in Kelowna for the lady who was the supervisor I believe of the cleaning staff I’m not sure she was on site in the evenings helped me up to my room help me work my remote control to my TV help suggest things when I couldn’t rent a car she suggested renting a U-Haul to get around. It’s better than nothing. I have to say good things about the Denny’s giving me pop to go and the bartenders at the little bar inside of there, the grounds were always clean outside and the security that they provide outside for vehicles all night long was a real asset. I never got to swim in the pool or go in the hot tub which I love to do, but I took pictures of it because I think the pool is amazing and the hot tub area amazing. It was quiet in the room the curtains covered the windows, the fan in the room and the heat in the room was perfect. The housekeeping staff was awesome when I needed something. Everybody was friendly. Keep going Sandman Hotel in Kelowna. This is what all hotels should be get high marks in my view and thank you very very much and I hope the lady that I mentioned gets recognition"

"Would never choose this hotel again. Lots of dust in the room. Baseboards haven’t been done in two years probably. The boiled eggs served are bought in pails and warmed up in a rice cooker. I’m a professional Chef/Restaurant Manager so I would recommend not to eat the eggs as they will give you a lot of gas. Plus they are just old and gross when they come from the pails. The only warm breakfast item is the eggs. The hot tub was working when we checked in (big reason we picked the hotel) and was shutdown for the 6 days remaining of our stay for who knows what the reason was. Right beside the hotel is the fire station so on an average you hear about 3 loud sirens nightly. The beds are absolutely terrible and I do not recommend sleeping in them if you’re over 40. Oh yes and can’t forget the homeless problem is right out your door looking in vehicles. I also chose this hotel because of all the great reviews. I’m glad those people did not have the experience I did. This is my first negative review and I chose to write it as I found the management very poor. Do better and use your own discretion on giving a safe and comfortable place for those who need it . You’re allowed to do that ;) "

"Interesting layout. The rooms surround a spacious outdoor grass courtyard. The north wing must exit into the courtyard to access the pool, hot tubs (2, one was out of order,) lobby and continental breakfast dining room. The bed in our room (126) should be replaced. The continental breakfast had a decent variety and the hot items were hot and tasty. The staff were pleasant and hustled to keep up and accommodate the long weekend rush as there were several soccer teams lodged for the weekend. "
