Fue muy buena el hotel está retirado de los freeway interestatales y es menos el ruido del tráfico por las noches lo cual te permite descansar más a gusto
This hotel is a "never again" kind of experience:
1. The reception person was on the phone the whole time she was checking us in. We received our key card and proceeded to wonder around the first floor trying to find our room. With this being a Ramada hotel, we had to go over a patio (?) area, where the carpeting was wrinkled and bubbled from the humidity and pool water.
2. Once we found our room, and managed to open the door (it was sticking due to being a bit crooked), I turned the light on, my husband and I set our bags down, I walked up to the sink to wash my hands and then I saw them—2 cockroaches crawling around on the counter by the sink. Although I am not afraid of bugs, the idea of having to "share a room" with those two guys, or the possibility of them hitching a ride with us back home was simply disgusting. We went back to the check-in area and requested a different room. Upon our arrival and explanation of why we would like a different room, the receptionist just sighed annoyingly (at us? at the idea of cockroaches? not sure).
3. Last, but not least, there is a ballroom that can be rented out at the hotel, and as we arrived, there was loud music blasting from that area. It looked like wedding decorations were being set up, and the family was helping to decorate. When we were walking back to our new room, we saw one of our "neighbor's" complaining on the phone (for the 4th time) about how loud it was.
Overall, would NEVER recommend this particular hotel
Someone from Expedia is NOT doing their job. This hotel is NO longer up and running yet you having people like me booking it only to get there and it is closed down.
This started off bad. The front desk clerk on 2nd shift had an attitude, and acted like we inconvenienced her by checking in. We got to the room it was dirty, rundown, and the decor was out dated. The next morning there was only one waffle maker. I found out from another guest that they were closing the hotel down in 1 day, so that's why the front desk was not good and the rooms were so rundown. The am front desk clerk was rude too. There was a maintenance guy who was all over the place helping guest. He was awesome, and he had a great attitude! I wish hotels.com would have noted this hotel was going to close down the day I was going to check out. They also didn't turn the heat on in the pool area. It was cold in the area as well as the pool was cold. Not good for the kids! Overall, the Ramada should have disowned this hotel long ago! Tho was the worst stay ever!!!!!
Just needed a last-minute place to stay. Price was great but you get what you pay for. Beds were okay. Hotel needs repair work in common areas. The breakfast was not available at 645 am on a Sunday and when I went back at 930 all that was left was bread for toast a little cereal and even less milk.
This place was so terrible that my entire group forfeited the second night of our stay. There was literally trash strung along the hallway and a pile of unclean laundry sitting near the stairs.
This was the worse hotel I think I have ever stayed in. The evening front desk clerk was rude and completely unhelpful. The first room we were given one of the beds was so broken down we were afraid to even set on it. The TV didn't work and the clerk was angry that we wanted another room. This room was not a lot better the vent in the bathroom was dirty, the tub didn't drain ( took a shower and the water was ankle deep and too several hours to drain). The indoor pool was so cold you could not swim in it. I called about the air conditioning not working and was informed that the air conditioning was off in the entire building. It was 84 degrees in our room! The security door was not secure anyone could have walked into the building. I would sleep in my car before I would stay here again!
The rooms stunk and were filthy. I killed multiple roaches. The front desk was rude and didn't want to do anything to help. There was no air conditioning, and the room was 80 degrees or better.
Cockroaches and complete unsanitary condition. The worst hotel experience ever. A total of 20 minutes on property before leaving and getting total refund
Front desk was rude from the start, I thought okay she is having a bad day. Then she got into an argument with housekeeping right in front of all the guest waiting to check in. Then we get in our room. Sheets and pillows are dirty, the seat at the table had broken glass in it and was filthy. I ordered some new sheets from the front desk and they never arrived. They say they have a rec room area, but the lights don’t work and it leaks everywhere when it rains. I have stayed at other Ramada Hotels before and they have always been better than this. This place don’t even have secured doors at night. The pool had no towels and I seen about six other guest complain and leave with no money back for their inconvenience. Place is horrible.
It's a dump. Box springs were broken. My feet were higher than my head. Mattress was lumpy. Sheets were yellow and worn out. Spiders and bugs were everywhere. Very noisy slept very little, doors slamming etc. No security all outside locks broken or disabled. Front desk said all problems had to be referred to the general manager, they did not take care of problems. Fine wat to do business. I would give this motel a minus 10 score. Don't let pictures on the net fool you.
We were sent to this hotel by Expedia, because Expedia messed up our initial reservation. Property condition was really poor. Lady at the reception had a nice way and was pleasant. Sheets were clean. Those were the only positive things. Everything else was either poor or terrible.
Only 2 staff for a busy Saturday night. They had 2 person running the desk and 1 person doing everything else. Room was not how it looked in the picture. I would be scared to bring onr of those CSI blacklights into this room. It smelled. Tv was broken and no remote. It took 3 hours for someone to fix the Tv and bring towels(short staffed). The whole hotel looked rundown. Breakfast had no fruit or meat. I paid $154.00. I wouldn't stay again for free.
When we got into our room i looked at the beds for signs of bugs. There was nasty stains on the blankets, smell of cigarette smoke was present in the vents. Smell of Pot in our room from next room. Our door didnt automatic lock they had to come fix it. We had storms come through and the ceilings were leaking all over their courtyard area, in the dinning facility area. Cops were in parking lot all night.. never stay here again.
I had the worst experience at this hotel this weekend. The receptionist was extremely rude and not helpful. It rained during my visit and the hallway walls were wet from the rain. The room didn't have a microwave, although the website advertises that each room was furnished with one. When I requested to have a microwave, I was told that I was out of luck. I ended up getting a microwave because they found two of them in one room. After this experience, I attempted to cancel my hotel room, but was told I could not because the person authorized to cancel would not be in the office until Monday.
I was so disgusted by this hotel and the chain.
Well, I'm not one to leave negative reviews but I think this time it might be necessary. Before I start, I must say that the staff at the front desk was very pleasant, polite and completely respectful even to an irate gentleman in front of us. So I begin, we were placed in a dirty, musty-smelly room and I did my normal routine of checking for bedbugs. One was found on the underneath edge of the mattress. We were then moved to another room and, of course, I wasn't able to sleep. After checking for bed bugs several times with the flashlight on my cell phone I saw a cockroach crawling up the side of the mattress toward my husband's sleeping face. I quickly woke him and as quick as lightning he had it killed and was back asleep in pretty much no time. I was not. There was not much sleep for me that night.

Liked: Staff & service, room comfort
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Disappointed.
The hotel showed its age. Towels were not readily available. Rooms were in rough shape. Front desk was nice, not was one of two people we saw that worked at hotel. Nice pool, good breakfast.
The location was great. I am glad I booked with Expedia with a discount, because the $110 that the room was normally was NOT worth it. There was a funky smell, that was trying to be covered up with dryer sheets in the vent (I assume). There were not very many plugs for usage for us, the customer, and there was no plug for the bath tub. The pool was clean, but there were no towels. The game room was LACKING to say the least. Breakfast was not desirable, and I went to Qtrip which is conveniently right next door. It was an OK stay but would not stay there again.
Other than the very nice staff at the checkin desk, this hotel was horrible!!!! The hallways were very unsafe with damage to walls, floors, and stairs. Our room stunk, was dirty, the tub didn’t drain, the tv would turn off, and to top it off our comforter had a hole repaired with scotch tape, that resulted in having feathers all over! They should have paid us to stay there!! I would like my money back!!!
