"Very great location, close to everything "

"The condo has a great location in proximity to the beach. The beach is actually a reef type location but has enough sand entering the ocean if a swim or snorkeling activity is your choice. It does not have a white sand beach such as the Seven Mile Beach located on the island, but the island is set up so you can make a trip to the Seven Mile Beach is so desired. The condo has all the necessary utensils and pots, pans and cooking accessories needed for cooking and dining in. There is a brand new AC unit that was installed so this unit stayed cool and dry so there was no musty smell at all like you get sometimes when traveling to any island. The only hiccup we had was the new AC unit froze over and dripped slightly upstairs. We alerted Livia, the host, and within 1 hour there were techs there and they repaired the problem. Livia is a great host, with great communication skills and for our troubles, offered us a 100.00 dinner coupon for a local restaurant. The furniture is what you typically would expect from a VRBO unit, not top of the line, but also not IKEA. Definitely pickup your internet from your US or other provider before going the the Caymans, as the internet service was a bit spotty across the Island. The condo provides coolers, chairs, some children's snorkeling gear and a few other pool/beach accessories. All the units are individually owned but collectively they provide plenty of pool and beach chairs for lounging about. So no rush to save chairs."

"My partner and I stayed for 11 days in Villa #3, and we absolutely loved our time here. The view alone was breathtaking and exceeded our expectations — waking up to the ocean every day was incredible. Karen and Errol were amazing hosts. They were very responsive and attentive throughout our stay. We did have a couple of minor issues early on, but the true measure of a great host is how quickly they address things, and they handled everything promptly and professionally. Their responsiveness made us feel very well looked after. The villa itself was fantastic, with great amenities and lots of thoughtful small touches that made the stay comfortable and easy. Everything felt well considered and welcoming. One thing many reviews mention is needing a car, and I would absolutely agree with that — having a car makes the stay much easier. That said, we were actually really happy to be a bit further away from the busier parts of the island. Also, some reviews say there’s nothing nearby, but we found that wasn’t the case at all. Within a short distance there’s: * A lovely café and bakery for morning coffee * An ice cream shop about a two-minute walk away * A restaurant next door where you can grab a burger and eat by the beach * A grocery store and pharmacy about five minutes away by car * A larger supermarket roughly 10 minutes away "

"We had a lovely time and the property was perfect. Comfortable beds, plenty of room, and the pool provided a nice way to cool off. The only thing that would make it better is if there were less road noise. The host also provided a notebook with local restaurants listed. Word of caution about Everglo restaurant- very limited food in the evenings, more of a local bar hangout. "
