"Beautiful view and nice beach access. Unit was clean, bright and had everything we needed. Lots of interesting snorkeling from shore with a reef close causing waves to constantly break right off shore. Made for a constant relaxing sound.. Seaweed was around but you during our stay but manageable."

"We had a great stay at the Seabreeze Villas and thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to the Grand Cayman’s. Our Villa was very clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and refreshing and the ocean views were amazing. The AC worked very good on those hot humid days. Our host Livia was very helpful and responsive and we would definitely stay here again in the future. A couple of tips if you are considering the Seabreeze Villas:1. The Grape tree restaurant is a 5 minute walk from the Villa and we had delicious Maui Maui and Red Snapper our first night. You should definitely give this place a try.2. This is a central location that made our daily adventures very easy to get to since we had a car rental.3. Our host provided pool/beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and a cooler. There is also a basket of mosquito sprays which you will need. 4. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you will need to cook a meal. We picked up some food and beverages from Fosters grocery store, however there are small convenience stores that you can visit for shopping.5. The bathrooms included extra towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, hand soap and a hair dryer.6. The bedrooms had comfortable queen beds, ceiling fans and extra blankets and pillows if needed. A full size closet with hangers and plenty of storage.I hope that you will find this extra information helpful when deciding where to stay. This was our first time staying at a VRBO and we relied heavily on reviews."

"Perfect for 2 couples. Each floor has a complete apartment with downstairs big enough to be together. Clean, well equipped. The few issues were dealt with immediately by Scott. The beach is beautiful. Snorkeling right off shore. The pool a nice perk to cool down. Local restaurants provide a variety of food choices and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook for yourself. There is local transportation by the front door every 10-20 minutes, or rent a car. Easy to get around once you master the traffic circles. I would definitely book again."

"Wonderful property - Host extremely attentive to our couple of minor equipment challenges - small issues fixed immediately - wonderful for our large family as all could come and go to their room, the pool, the beach as they liked - great for the small children to nap as needed then back to the pool. "I absolutely loved this location. The home was stunning and it was fantastic having your own private beach access only steps away. The staff was extremely kind and very attentive. If we come back we will for sure be staying here again! The others in our travel group were at a hotel and they all were jealous of how nice our rental was!!"

"Amazing place!The location is near many things. I would suggest visiting Cafe del Sol and Lucky Rabbit. Great spots. Very easy to get to and exit. Location is private, so no local traffic passing through. Host is very responsive. They even provide toothbrushes! Which is very neat! "
