"Cool location by the lake. Lots of bars and a cool splash park for the kids you can walk to. It’s literally right across the street from the jail and sheriff’s office so safest place in town most likely. The rooms are older and the balcony was covered in spider webs. Staff was ok at best"

"My husband and I had an excellent stay and Moses, our host, was prompt on all responses. He communicated with us when someone was coming to mow to make sure we didn’t let the dogs out. Everything was just as it was advertised. We will definitely be going back."

"This place was probably super nice in the 90’s. The pool was good temperature and the hot tub would have been perfect if it was cold out. Obviously the landscaping is great it is on a golf course. Just seems like the building could use a re model. The bathroom in the room was decent but everything else could use and update. The German bakery right down the road was incredible."

"This was a very disappointing experience overall. When we returned to the property the first evening, there were a thousands of bugs inside the home. It quickly became clear they were getting in due to doors that do not properly seal. We had to secure the back door shut with a patio chair and a brick just to try to keep bugs out, and the sliding glass door also did not fully close.On top of that, the cleanliness of the home was unacceptable. The couches and carpets were extremely dirty and visibly stained, and the sunroom TV did not work. We reached out to the host about the bug issue and were told to turn off the lights inside because the blind mosquitos are attracted to it. That’s not a reasonable solution when you’re paying to stay in a home on vacation. When I stated that we didn’t want to turn the lights out and sit in the dark, he responded that it’s 9 at night, what do I suggest he does. It’s not the guests responsibility to figure out issues at their property! Between the maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, and how the situation was handled, this stay did not meet expectations."

"Overall, our stay was okay, but the cleanliness was disappointing. We’re not sure the cleaning was properly done before our arrival — there was still popcorn on the floor, and we had to sweep ourselves. The carpet also didn’t seem recently cleaned. Several appliances were dirty, with food still stuck on the toaster.The beds were clean, which we appreciated, and the neighborhood was quiet. However, the general level of cleanliness needs improvement."
