"The gas grill was very dirty I spent a while cleaning it and when I lit it up not all the burner ports had a flame. It worked ok after that just kept a close eye on it. That was the only issue everything else very nice."

"This was our second time staying here and it was just as good as the first. Casy is a very responsive host, willing to do anything to make your stay more enjoyable. If you're looking for a getaway on the water, this is your spot. Lake Champlain is a quick paddle down the river and we've had great success fishing from the dock at the property. Easy to find and comfortable to stay at. Kitchen is fully furnished with utensils and modern appliances. Five stars all the way!"

"This was a cute cottage on Northern Lake Champlain. The views, especially the sunsets were beautiful. We were able to bring our dig and there was a fully fenced yard so she really enjoyed it. It was a great place to kayak from ( there is a tandem to use) and the roads are very bikeable. Kill Kare State Park is absolutely beautiful and about 10-12 miles away, mostly flat terrain. St. Albans City is 15 minutes away for a choice of restaurants and cafes. We had a great week."

"The host was communicative and receptive. The lake view is beautiful. The property is easy to access. The kitchen is well stocked (silverware, pots and pans). There is a step up from the entry way to the main part of the house and a step down to the kitchen which can be problematic if you have mobility issues. Furniture could use refreshing though it is comfortable enough. The bedrooms are small.Easy drive to Saint Albans and Canada, I’d stay at this property again."

"It was the perfect place to go, unwind and totally relax. The view was outstanding and we saw many beautiful sunsets. It was wonderful to go back to Lake Champlain and vacation after 5 years of being away."
