"We decided to stop here instead of Memphis. Very few people here. Most staff was nonchalant and uninterested, to the point of being rude. Food was really good. Won nothing, but the games for getting a card and the app gave us enough money to pay for breakfast and one dinner meal. So that was good. The movie prop stuff was cool. Disappointed the pool was closed. It was the reason I picked Hollywood. "

Our television wasn’t working in our room. There was a friendly worker when we checked in who went above and beyond, but I believe she was the only worker there. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and I won’t be staying again. "

"The beds were small and the couch bed was horrible. I could feel the springs. The lady running the breakfast escaped outside every chance she had and when the waffle batter ran out she was nowhere to be found. The desk clerk had to go outside to find her. Biscuits and gravy would be a great addition to the breakfast bar. "
