4/10 Poor

"Comfort Suites Ramsey was mostly updated and looked nice. It was also quiet, with lots of parking. The continential breakfast, while nice to have, was average. The hotel lots points in my option due to cleaning staff. Their were black curly hairs on my pillow and on my sheets. Additionally, the shower/tub drain did not work well, forcing me to stand to three inches of wather while showering. Hair and dirt in the drain also backed up into the three inches of water, making it discusting to shower. If the shower was updated and the beds were clean, I would recommend other people stay there, but as is, I won't be coming back."

"We were not impressed.. Small room. A/C on the rear wall is 90⁰ to the king bed, that cool air blows on you in the bed! Only one kleenex box to bathroom. You can't blow your nose when in use. There 3 days, waste baskets were full in one day! No one came unrill we left. Fan in bath did not work! Had to hold down toilet flush handle to flush it all. They required $150 deposit in addition to a fully paid room. Staff was great. But no one showed up to empty waste baskets after I called, they said they would be right up. I gave an F to the cleaning staff."

"Extremely dirty in our hotel room. Pillow cases stained, washroom was very dirty, mold on shower curtain. Spoke with reception to remedy it 3 times . No change across a 6 night stay. Bed was made once in that time and pillows and sheets weren’t clean after change. Overall would not stay here. Recommend bringing cleaning materials if you end up staying here"
