"Very helpful staff with travel needs"

"Overall our stay was okay. Feedback: We would have liked to have our rooms straightened up with a towel switch out and trash taken out daily while we were there. Adding a towel rack above the toilet and towel hook on the back of the door would have been helpful to hang up clothes/bathing suits needing to dry. The shower needs more shelves to hold soap, face wash, etc. An extra blanket would have also been nice. Walls and baseboards could have been cleaner. Pool area could use some greenery to be more aesthetically pleasing. More chairs were needed and pool would have been nice if it was slightly heated. Positives: The beds were extremely comfortable and the room and bathroom were a nice size. The shower was huge and water pressure was nice. The balcony view from the 20th floor was gorgeous and peaceful. "

"Old room/Peeling Paint/sheets not fresh/ bathroom door does not close properly and it’s peeling. Customer care was non existent. Sports betting area/ TV room was ok.Overall we could have had better accommodations at a motel"

"The hotel is older so keeping that in mind it was what it was. The front desk staff was super helpful and the breakfast area was clean and updated. We were traveling with a little dog and the area they ask you to walk your dog is a bit sketchy. "

"Every staff member we ran into was very friendly. The hotel room was clean. The view was AMAZING. The hotel was very quiet and beach was not crowded at all. The pool was clean and towels are provided. Breakfast is provided, which was great for my family of 6 because it saved us a lot of time and money. Breakfast buffet included cereal, bagels & cream cheese , muffins, poptarts, yogurt, fruit, ect. Also a warm option. There was plenty of parking."

"You can’t bring drinks/food to the pool due to them having a bar but the bar was never open our whole stay so when we needed water we had to go back to our room. Staff were friendly. Kendall was very informative! Rooms were beautiful! "
