"Excellent staff experience. They are very friendly and can hold a casual conversation with them. The room was clean, and it was pretty quiet, so I was able to get a good night's sleep. Parking was great. Having just moved to the PNW, I will be visiting Missoula frequently and will definitely stay at the Wren."

"This should be a great place - comfortable beds, spacious shower, great location, nice lobby and bar. But it needs to be updated. The couch in our suite was dirty, worn and broken. We literally could not sit on it without slipping off. The carpeting was wore out and should be replaced. For the price we paid the hotel can take some of that money to upgrade and replace unusable furniture! I would not stay again."

"When we arrived we were assigned a room that smelled horribly like cigarette smoke so the desk person happily switched us. In our new room in the bathroom on the sink were what looked to be two "housecleaning towels" which we overlooked. Upon opening the beds up to sleep, the fitted sheet was not pulled down over the mattress, making it look like the beds were going to be stripped but possibly never were. On hindsight the bed was not neatly made and the coverings were simply pulled up...

"This is a beautiful, historic mansion with a lovely garden. Our room was very comfortable and we appreciated the low-key check in and use of the kitchen. Just one small issue...when we were sitting in the easy chairs we noticed dirt and crumbs under the bed. Otherwise our room was perfect."

"Our stay was the 2bedroom suite with 7 people group. It's not super roomy, but quite enough, and all amenties were flawless, including the sofa-bed, bath, breakfast and temporature control quality per room. Front desk was kind, and the best of all was the tiny creek from the backyard. Probably the major downside was the price, but it was an acceptable range considering the quality. It was about 20-30% more expensive than one where we stayed in Kalispel with similar condition and quality. Again...
