Entire Studio Apartment - close to town but in rural setting

his studio has everything to meet your needs in a perfect quaint rural setting but still close enough to fishing accesses, forest service and everything in Missoula.

This studio is in a completely separate residence attached to a detached garage on our property. It is about 150-200 ft from the main house but far enough away from the main residence to give you a private setting.

The studio apartment layout is an open concept with a large king bed, a large sectional, full bath, dining table for 6 and a large kitchen. The added amenities of a 45” TV with access to Netflix / Hulu / Amazon, etc. We also have extremely high speed WIFI which is wonderful for all your at home work needs. In the kitchen you will find a keurig to get your trip started off right. Have a coffee on the outdoor porch to start your day! The kitchen is also equipped with a great assortment of spices, flour and sugar. We also have many pots and pans for all your cooking needs.

We are close to many stores to meet all your needs - Fresh Market, Walmart, Petco, etc. Instacart also delivers to our address for Costco, Target and Albertsons which makes your stay very relaxing.

On the property, feel free to experience our 7 acres that backs up to another 30 and gives you access to seeing foxes, deer, elk, and / or wild horses on the
property randomly. Have a cup of coffee and enjoy the back porch with an amazing view!

We have an additional air mattress that is a queen if needed.

Check out this incredible place!

My husband and I were very impressed with the property. Owner was very nice, apartment was very close to the city but seemed like we were in a rural area. The deer just roamed freely in the yard. We would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. The price was very fair also.

Gorgeous views. Comfortable bed. The couch is great for relaxing and watching a movie or a nap. If we needed anything Hope responded within seconds of a text. Loved having morning coffee on the patio and taking in the breathtaking view. A short drive to town and University of Montana. You will definitely enjoy this getaway!

This was a cute and fairly well appointed studio and we found the bed quite comfortable. I suggested to the owner that they include a toaster, which I thought was odd to be missing considering how well it was appointed otherwise. The owner was friendly and responded fairly quickly to any queries but miscommunicated with us the first day what the check-in time was which caused us some drama as we had expected to get in an hour earlier to be ready for a wedding rehearsal that evening. It is important to note there is no air conditioning but despite high 90F/30C days we found the place cooled off well at night with all the windows open and sleeping was fine. They provide a couple of fans to help the process too. I guess my biggest disappointment was I felt misled regarding the view from the patio. The photo in the ad and description of the property as being rural led me to believe I would be looking across a grassy feild toward the mountains as I had my morning coffee on the patio. To some extent you do get this view but here are fences and vehicles and all sorts to look through before you see a mountain. Kind of took the shine off and I felt misled. We did have a mumma deer visit with 2 little fawns one morning and it was overall a very quiet place so not all bad.
