"Nous sommes arrivés en basse saison donc, il n'y avait pas de file d'attente. La chambre était correcte. Le shampoing, revitalisant et gel pour le corps étaient fournis (les bouteilles sont fixés au mur de la douche, il n'est plus possible de ramener des petites bouteilles à la maison comme autrefois). Le service est courtois. Les petits déjeuners ne sont pas inclus et le restaurant de l'hôtel n'est pas toujours ouvert, seulement pour le petit déjeuner et le souper. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix sur le menu et celui-ci est dispendieux mais la nourriture est bonne. Cependant, tout les restaurants de la région, dont celui-ci, ont un menu enfant très pauvre. Des hamburgers, croquettes de poulet et pizza sont au menu, parfois l'option spaghetti est offert. Il est très difficile pour un enfant d'avoir une alimentation santé tout au long de ses vacances à moins de commander dans le menu adulte et d'accepter de perdre les privilèges d'un menu enfant (boisson et dessert inclu et faible coût du repas). L'hôtel est très bien situé, à moins de 5 minutes en voiture des activités majeures de Saint-Félicien ( zoo de Saint-Félicien, go-Kart, planétarium etc.) Cependant, ceux-ci annonce une piscine mais celle-ci, bien qu'intérieure, n'est pas chauffée. L'eau a été glaciale durant tout notre séjour et en ayant également discuté avec les autres clients, tous ont trouvé la température de l'eau désagréable. Mon fils avait les lèvres bleues après quelques minutes."
