"The hex wildlife hotel was fantastic and when twined with the wildlife park that we could see out of our bedroom suit made a fabulous end to a most memorable break Although all of the restaurants and reception were in seperate buildings it didnt impact our stay at all and the staff were excellent but the real joy of this sight is the park and the vast array of animals and our trip was made extra special with a meet and greet with the rhinos which was exceptional The room was superb with all the space and facilities you need and a view over the park from our outside balcony with bush dogs and sea lions moving around made it a real treat to look out on "

"Lovely hotel, have stayed before now needs a bit of paint here and there and shower head needs replacing in room 314, but have to say it’s just a bit of maintenance required nothing else "

"All was very good. Staff in particular were extremely helpful and courteous. Had dinner and breakfast whilst there & all first class. Looking forward to my next visit "

"Everything was excellent and the room was lovely apart from one member of staff in the restaurant who didn’t seem like she was interested or could be bothered with the job. When one of us ordered the mixed grill in the restaurant she asked how we wanted it and then we had to find out what she meant and finally she said it was the steak, rather than just asking how we wanted the steak cooked. Also as a separate note we asked what beers you had on draught and were asked if we meant beer or lager but the correct question would be ale or lager as lager is also beer."
