"The room was in a neglected state , toilet didn’t flush properly, pillows paper thin, bed rock hard, walls thin, constant banging outside, room smelt damp , very bright flashing from smoke alarm right above bed all night ..a large group of us stayed here for one night and nobody slept well at all. Breakfast was poor choice (no vegetarian option) and took ages to refill when empty and they need more staff around the hotel "

"A well equipped and comfortable property with every need carefully provided. The welcoming pack was excellent as were the provisions for our dog who came with us. The property is remote but the local village is just a few minutes drive away, just suited us to perfection. We had a few days that were very frosty and cold outside but the central heating kept every room inside warm and cosy. An ideal family holiday home."

"Great location with fantastic views. Cottage is very good but in need of some tender loving care. Examples: only 4 mugs, cutlery shortage, downstairs toilet flush button missing etc.Cottage hadn't been cleaned when we arrived due to miss communication. Sorted quickly by the owner / cleaners. These things happen but perhaps indicative that just a little more care and attention is required"
