This is the perfect setup for a large group. The weather was bad during our stay and we had plenty to do inside to keep everyone entertained. Would highly recommend! Hope to be back sometime.
We had 19 family members meet for a weekend celebration. The place easily accommodated all of us with room to spare. Host was very friendly and easy to work with. Will be back!

Great place for a small group retreat!
We had a small church youth weekend retreat. The place was ideal: Plenty of space to spread out, 5 bathrooms, plenty of places to gather as a group, plenty of sleeping accommodations, and nice big dining tables to share a meal together. We had snow and low temps for the weekend, but with the big screen TV, ping pong, billiards table, foosball, corn hole, and piano, there was plenty to keep entertained. If this place is available for our next retreat, we're booking it!
The house was everything we expected and more. There was generous sleeping space and the kitchen as well stocked. The great room in the barn area was perfect for our family to play games and enjoy each other‘s company. Loved the back porch and outside area! Would definitely stay in this property again!
We had the best time with our friends! The weather was perfect the views were STUNNING! The host has thought of everything! The property is a perfect place for a large group to eat, drink, and play cornhole!! For sure a new tradition!
It looks just like the pictures! It was clean and smelled good. The giant refrigerator was perfect since we brought a lot of food with us. There was a lot of dining seating in one room so we weren’t separated. The fans on the porch are a nice touch. We appreciated all the towels and blankets so we had all we needed. The AC units in each bedroom made us all happy. We never found jumbo trash bags so that would have been good to have available or let us know to take with us. The bags we brought would not fit their trash bins. Same with a dish sponge, we assumed one would be available. The property manager was great and responded to all our questions quickly. We had a wonderful vacation and this house did not disappoint!
Excellent in every way possible. Perfect for family time with plenty of room for the grandkids to run and play. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of refrigerator and freezer space. Already thinking about when we can visit again.
Excellent place - lots of rooms, plenty of hang out areas, just fantastic. It was my family, my aunt and uncle and their families, my parents, my siblings and their families - it was awesome! Great weekend!
We stayed at the property for our annual family trip. The barn had plenty of space for everyone, very clean, quiet and just what we needed. It was perfect!
This house was perfect for our annual family reunion… 13 people . Plenty of room, amenities were great and just as stated. The pictures really don’t do it justice- the woodwork throughout is gorgeous! Location is very secluded with great views. James was attentive and checking in/out was easy.
We had a wonderful time! It was great to find a property that was able to sleep 23 family members with plenty of bathrooms! A bonus was that it was located within two and a half hours for the majority of us! The kids and teens had so much fun playing pool, ping pong, and hide and seek!
The photos don’t do it justice. It’s beautiful, clean and spacious!

A++ for Eagle's Crest Lodge
Eagle Crest Lodge was the ideal spot for our 17 member cousins' reunion. With 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (1 shared by 2 bedrooms), there was room for everyone to be comfortable. The large kitchen allowed us to prepare and serve a full Thanksgiving meal and the extra tables and chairs meant we could set up a dining configuration in the garage (much nicer than it sounds) where we could all gather without being separated from each other. Four separate, cozy sitting areas contained books, games, a fireplace and piano. This rental is stocked better than most homes - everything from roasters and crockpots to a myriad of towels and cooking utensils. There were outdoor games (corn hole, giant Connect Four, croquet, etc., as well as a pool table and ping-pong table. An outdoor basketball hoop and swingset/wooden climbing boat completes the activities available. The upper deck spans Eagle's Crest and the front porch contained numerous chairs to relax in and enjoy the amazing views. Lastly, the fire pit was enjoyed each evening. Although wood is available, we brought extra, as well as outdoor chairs. What a way to end each day - listening to the sounds of the nearby forest, telling jokes and being mesmerized by the flames! Can you tell that we highly recommend Eagle's Crest?!
The cabin is beautifully decorated, cozy, and spacious, providing plenty of space for our larger group to sleep and relax. However, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. The Lennox temperature units were inconsistent, working sporadically, which resulted in uncomfortable temperatures in some rooms. Additionally, the projector system did not function as expected, which was disappointing as we had planned a family movie night. Lastly, there was an infestation of Japanese beetles. While not a dealbreaker, it was somewhat inconvenient, especially with young children present. We would consider booking again because the space overall was great for our needs!
Heating and hot water tank were not working when we arrived. Hosts did respond promptly to our calls re these issues. They were handled the second day of our 4 night stay. Luckily the bedrooms had individual heaters but showers were cold or postponed the first morning.
No TV but a projector and large movie screen instead. But previous guests had (apparently) disconnected the projector from the computer and power to connect other devices instead (game equipment?) and changed the sound to a different channel. With the computer up against the wall, could not see these disconnections. The hosts could not help remotely, but told us about the previous guest family with kids and said OK to pull the desk the computer was on out from the wall to look. We were then able to reconnect the projector and set the amp to the right speakers and we were then good to go. Checking these things between guests would be helpful.
Last, a stain was found on a carpet in one bedroom after our departure that the hosts said had a chemical smell, like iodine. Took me a while to confirm that one guest (adult male) who was traveling after our gathering, was the one who used that room. He confirmed he had nothing like that in the room. Given the makeup of the previous guests with kids, suspect that stain was not noticed by cleaners between guests.
Pretty setting. Good for larger gathering but only 2 of five baths are on level with 6 bedrooms. 3 on main floor with one bedroom. Good for an event.
