"The room was excellent—spotlessly clean, very quiet, and comfortable. We stayed in a junior suite on the sixth floor facing the inner courtyard, and it was a peaceful retreat. However, I was disappointed that the hotel didn’t respond to several emails asking for guidance on the best way to reach the property from BER Airport. After a long journey, the self-service check-in system also felt frustrating to use; at that point, I would have preferred assistance from a staff member, especially when you’re tired and can’t find your reading glasses. We also hoped to use the sauna, but it was switched off. A staff member informed us that guests need to request this in advance so it can be turned on, which isn’t something I’ve encountered before—I normally expect to use such facilities at my own convenience. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, with the U2 station nearby offering easy access to many major attractions. Despite a few inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to Hotel Berlin, Berlin."

Easy walking distance to the U-Bahn and train stations. Great variety of choices with breakfast. Overall I had a wonderful stay in Berlin at the Radisson. Would visit again!"

"The location is perfect for walking around or catching public transit. I'm very happy I chose a suite. The room was wonderful and I especially loved the bath tub. Breakfast was always delicious. The bar was fabulous! Friends and I would gather and relax after a long day. The indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect."
