Location requires a walk up a fairly steep hill making it difficult for people with limited mobility. The biggest thing to be aware of is that this facility caters to German speaking people. "I had a great time at Weisses Kreuz. The staff was wonderful, friendly and efficient. They provide excellent recommendations for restaurants (loved Piano Bar) and were helpful with directions. The only problem, if you have car you should call ahead to get directions to the garage. Cars are not allowed in the old city center. "
