"We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. It was clean it looked great. The Breakfast was awesome lots to choose from. There was one big disappointment though! When we tried to check in we were tired and just wanted a bed sleep. But the front desk staff was just Miserable and unhelpful. It was more important to check social media instead of delivering a good service. We had done some research on pricing for this hotel while en route and we found the price was good for the quality of the hotel. But...

"Our Expedia confirmed reservation was not in the hotel 's system, and after the two incompetent people at reception had wasted a lot of time, finally they brought in a manager who gave us a room. The room was spacious and pleasant and quiet but the thermostat didn't work, and although we tried to lower the temperature, it kept getting hotter and remained uncomfortably hot at night. "All great! Very convenient just walking no need to take any transportation! Breakfast was good. The room has enough space, may be tight for 2 persons. Excellent choice!"

"Great airport hotel, easily accessible with the Eaxy Park shuttle (it is located right across from the big commuter garage) Wonderful youthful lobby with light meals and drinks, nice breakfast buffet as well. "

"Overall, the hotel was very good. The spa area is fantastic, especially the outdoor pool and the saunas. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay. The only downsides for me were having to pay €12 per day for parking, the food at the spa bar, which could definitely be better, and an additional Energiekostenpauschale that was charged but not specified on Expedia. Other than that, everything was great."
