"Meals at the hotel were a little iffy"

"It was clean and spacious. Washing machine in the apartment was a real plus! Staff were very helpful. Elevators had a glitch when we were checking out, so I had to climb 10 flights of stars, but that’s a first-world problem. The food in the restaurant was excellent and so was the service. The young man who served us (he was from Egypt…I didn’t get his name) was very kind and professional. Our daughter was not feeling great and we were getting a take-away order for her, and he insisted on taking it to the room for us. Such a kind gesture and definitely above and beyond the normal service from a server in the restaurant. He deserves recognition for being so precessional and kind. Cheviot was easy and we would definitely stay here again!"

"I was visiting Munich on vacation with my wife. We were very happy with our stay. The room was clean and spacious. Its a newer place so the condition of the hotel is very good. The breakfast buffet, which was included with the room offerred a great selection and plenty of food. You dont need lunch after the breakfast at the hotel. The location is about a 10 min walk to the Munich East train station which has connections to many places. There is also a large grocery store in close by, which we didnt use much but could be convenient. Parking was 20 Euro per day and there were not really any other options, but if you stay inside the ring road in Munich i think you have to accept you are going to pay for parking. I would happily stay here again"

"Booked for the first 2 nights in Munich to get over jet lag. Beds were comfortable with good pillows. Room and hotel were very clean. The staff was excellent. All of my questions and requests (like for an extra towel) were answered nicely and quickly. I couldn't hear noise from other rooms nor from the hallway. It was so helpful to be able to make coffee/tea in the room, and to have a small refrigerator. There was also a hair dryer available. It was a short walk to the train (<5 min). Overall I couldn't find anything negative for our stay. I definitely recommend."

"Location was 2 blocks from underground. Hotel was clean and well appointed with washer/dryer and kitchenette. The restaurant and bar were closed during our stay. Be aware that the loft bed is basically on the floor. It was fine for us, but not for older adults. Had to book (for an additional cost) a room with a regular bed height (so they did not have a small sitting area). Emails went unanswered prior to our stay regarding this issue."
