島内でも数少ない好立地の一棟貸し別荘。屋上から見える宮古ブルーと呼ばれる海、夜の満天の星空は格別です。空港、市街地、ビーチまでのアクセスの良さも魅力的です。知る人ぞ知るサンセットビーチまで徒歩２分！！家族でゆったりすごしてバーベキューや海を満喫したり、グループで楽しく過ごしたり、カップルで過ごすのも最高です。海へも歩いていけますし、夜は屋上から星空がとてもきれいに見れます。最高の宮古島タイムをすごせます。
