"The staff was over the top kind and thoughtful. The hotel is elegant and luxurious. The cute ladies who came and did our bedtime Japanese massage were precious and I can still remember their laughter at my husband sleeping through his. One huge positive is you never have to drag your luggage out of the terminal. You walk right into the hotel entrance after debairding your shinkansen. We would recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"The room was clean and they cleaned it well when I had my room cleaned. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The smallest room is pretty small so be aware of your luggage(s). There are 3 washers( the same machines dry your clothes) and there is usually a line to use them during the evening aka the time people come back from sightseeing/ exploring. There's a 7-Eleven right next door and the train station/bus station is super close. They have a luggage delivery system which made traveling to my other hotel super convenient."

"Clean room and clean building. If you want to use the private Onsen, the best time is right after check-in, after dinner, and in the early morning. One thing to note is that the dinner meal and breakfast buffet are an additional fee. Overall, great stay, we would book again in the future for a relaxing night."
