Exterior and interior can do some refresh but room space is sufficient and ocean view is amazing. The room smells abit musty when first enter but some perfume can help

The hotel property seems too big for the staff to manage. They try hard, but this hotel is unnecessarily big and so problems arise. The parking lot is as big as Disneyland so arrival, checkin and luggage drop off is hard. When I got there, no one helped me with my luggage bc they were fawning over other guests - so I looked for a cart, lloaded my luggage and pushed the heavy cart into the hotel myself. I informed the checkout desk that this happened, who then send me to a dirty room. Filthy towels, toothbrushes, coffee cups, bottles in the room. I complained and was moved to a better room where we had a towel flecked with hairs -- I doubt if they were facial hairs. And for a seaside resort in the summer, I was perplexed why the pool was drained. Its like throwing a birthday party without a cake. What's the point? The staff and manager were very apologetic. But this place is just too big for them to manage. I would choose a different hotel next time.

チェックイン時に、私の名前で既にチェックイン済みと言われ、約15分待たされました。 結果的にスタッフの名前の聞き間違いでしたが、対応が遅く不満でした。 また、温泉は人が多いのは仕方ないものの、床に髪の毛が落ちており清潔感に欠けました。 さらに、温泉のドアが大きな音を立てて閉まるため、もう少し静かに閉まるよう改善してほしいです。 施設自体は素晴らしいのに、スタッフ対応の質が施設のレベルに見合っていないと感じました。

オーシャンビューでとても良かった。エレベーターはとても速くスムーズにロビーに行けた。一つ言えば露天風呂までの距離があったかなと思う。総合的にはもう一度行きたいホテルでした。😄
