"The staff at the Hilton Tokyo were all so polite and helpful. The level of service they provided really contributed to making our stay there a wonderful experience. Our room was not large, but it was very clean. We loved the shower and bathtub combo. It was a lovely deep tub- wonderful for soaking after a full day of exploring. The staff at the St. George’s Bar and the staff at the Metropolitan Grill restaurant were especially welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed a special Valentine’s meal at the Metropolitan Grill that was one of the best we have had anywhere. The menu was thoughtfully planned and beautifully prepared and presented. Our experience at Zata bar was disappointing in comparison to the St. George’s Bar. We found the level of service and the preparation of the cocktails far superior at St. George’s. One special feature that we discovered is that the hotel is linked to underground walkways that connect to some of the subway lines that we used frequently. This was a very nice feature that helped to facilitate our daily travels. "
