"The setting was peaceful and relaxing. All the amenities we required were present. We stayed in a luxury tent with excellent air conditioning, a large bathroom, and a private pool. We could choose to use the barbecue, visit the restaurant, or dine in our room. The restaurant offered great food throughout the day. What truly made the stay special was the friendly staff. They were exceptionally welcoming and eager to assist with anything and everything. Thank you, Sharjah Collection team. We’re aiming to stay at all your resorts. We’ve been to 3 - 3 to go. "The staff was accommodating with allowing mevto have a late check out. Rooms are simple and clean. Nice ammeties however tje gym opens at 9am which preferably is late especially for hotels. I do think morning staff can work on their communication. I had questions regarding my stay and I was not taken seriously and dismissed. The evening staff however was wonderful. Excellent location."
