"We absolutely loved this property! I could write a book about why it was so awesome. It was so peaceful and calm. It was like we were the only ones there. My kids enjoyed playing in the pool. All of the employees were phenomenal with customer service. My kids were too small to really do any of the experiences so I asked if they could just see the camels and falcons and they said sure. Jamal was amazing he drove us around and was patient with my kids even though they were scared of the animals....

"From April 12 - 14, we booked the bubble room with temperature controlled private pool (D01) and the experience was amazing. For us, we did not run into any hiccups, especially getting there from Dubai. Best part of dubai

"For us Dubai was disappointing until we got to this resort. It was amazing. Incredible staff. Wonderful rooms and we got the basic one. Food was great. Service for food outside of the restaurant was slow but it’s slow travel. Activities were great. We wish we had booked for more than two days. It’s worth going to Dubai just for this resort. "
